Shipping For Tigerpup Embroidery orders: Items will be shipped within the week of receiving the order. If they can't be (out of stock, etc.), you will be notified and then notified when they are being shipped! I use USPS Priority or First Class mail, unless otherwise asked for. For Papaver Jewelry orders: Items will be shipped 2 to 3 weeks from order date. This is because every item is made to order and that takes time! Thanks in advance for your patience. For all other custom item orders: Shipping dates will be figured out on a case by case basis depending on how involved the project is, or when you need it! We'll figure it out!
Payment Options To Order from Tigerpup or Papaver Jewelry please use the shopping cart! If you want to order and pay by check view instructions below. Please let me know if something isn't working on the shopping cart. I did set it up myself and I'm not a computer person. If you want to pay by visa or master card, email me and we can do it over the phone or by email. For custom orders please email me! I am MUCH better at email than I am at the phone, just ask my mother! If you want to pay by paypal I can invoice you from paypal, or for credit card I can call you for your number. For Checks: If you want to pay with a check, e-mail me with your order, and I will e-mail you the total amount and my address for you to send the check to. Once I receive the payment I will send out your product.
Returns Items may be returned in "like new" condition. I don't do returns for opened packets unless the wrong thing is in that packet!
